Anti-Aging for the Time Impaired:

Getting older may be inevitable but how we age can be a matter of choice. The ancient tradition of yoga is designed to empower aliveness and provide tools for living better longer. As little as 7 minutes of consistent daily practice can provide the foundation for health and well-Being.

In this series you will be creating a personalized practice that addresses your individual goals and needs.

Each week your practice will deepen as you do, culminating in a daily home practice to live and grow with.

Three 6-week series:

Level 1: Fine tune the body, befriend the breath; movement to maintain a healthy spine, build good posture, strengthen the core, increase range of movement, manage stress and deepen the breath.
Level 2: Hone the practice: moving with ease; cleansing twists, balance for a lifetime, inversions for the endocrine system, deepening the relationship with breath.
Level 3: Cultivating life-force: bandhas, meditation, creating a practice to live with.
